If you enjoy camping, but not in the cold of winter, and possibly in the snow, there is still a way you can enjoy some “indoor camping”. If you have children, they will love this, boys and girls, alike. You get yourself a few travel hammocks, one for each person. Then you find some places in your basement, or whatever room you choose, to hang them. Wall studs or ceiling  joists work fine. Put small hooks there for the next time.

Now, you can make it lots of fun. This is indoor camping, remember, so you have more comforts, so movies are acceptable too. Make popcorn and microwave smores! Did you know they make special marshmallows just for these now? Just make it fun and do whatever the kids enjoy. They will remember these special times for years to come!
