The Hammock Gazette

I am really not complaining, but these last couple of days have been downright hot! Now, I love summer, but where is spring? This 80 degree weather just appeared along with humidity and I wasn’t ready yet! It is nice to ease into the heat throughout the spring. The pool isn’t even open yet!

This reminds me of cotton hammocks that are nice for the warmer temperatures of the summer months. They tend to be lighter and breathe to keep you cooler. I love the summer nights outside in my backyard, listening to night sounds, crickets and katydids. If this heat stays here, I will expect to see a lightening bug, and they don’t normally appear until June!
