Creating the Perfect Garden

For the last several years, I’ve been spent countless hours and thousands of dollars creating an idyllic outdoor living area. I began with the flora, which is a constant work in progress. Part of the garden is delegated for perennials, while another section I constantly rotate with seasonal annuals. And since I live in the north, I’ve also done a good deal of landscaping to ensure the garden stays vibrant throughout the year.

The centerpiece of the yard has to be my koi pond, which includes a four-foot high cascading waterfall. Next to the pond I installed a small Zen garden, which offers a relaxing respite from the rigors of traditional gardening. Over Labor Day weekend I finally put the finishing touch on the garden, setting up a rope hammock as a post to enjoy the fruits of my labor.

For the people who want a more “cushiony” experience in their hammock, there are Algoma hammock pads! These are nice for the family that has a rope hammock but someone in the family thinks it isn’t comfortable. Then they can use this for more padding.

This pad is 1 inch thick and reversible for two different looks. It can be tied on to prevent sliding. Another time it comes in handy is when the weather starts to turn cooler, it provides a little more warmth.

The rope hammock is a traditional style dating back to at least 1889, when a riverboat captain wove a hammock of rope for a cool night’s rest. Many times an image of a rope hammock comes to mind with the word hammock.

Today, even though the original style remains and they are still offered in the traditional cotton cord, they have progressed to a newer polyester cord also. This polyester hammock is more weather resistant and is able to be offered in many colors. They have the soft feel of cotton with the benefits of polyester.

The Outback Chair Company was founded by Jack Bass in 1997. Their headquarters are in San Diego, California. Outback Chair has earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship and continuous design innovation in the casual furniture arena.

They offer a range of casual furniture products. The most popular item may be their hammocks. They have quilted hammocks and rope hammocks in a variety of colors. Another popular item is the hanging Charleston  rope hammock chair.

Ahh, now the food! Isn’t that the best part? Definitely some Chex party mix for snacking. Your friend is set up with electric, so you are bringing the “little smokies” in the crock pot.

One of your favorite hammock accessories is the hanging drink cooler. Once you get a can of your favorite beverage from the ice tub, you put it in your cooler to keep it icy cold. What a perfect tailgating party this is!

You have a few friends coming along to your tailgating party. The only problem is that there are only two seats with your trailer hitch stand. Should you take turns?

No problem, the perfect solution would be the Algoma Hammocks butterfly chair! This is a folding chair that is so portable. You have plenty of room for a few of these and seven color choices!  Now everyone will be happy and comfortable.

You can choose any hammock chair to hang from the trailer hitch stand. Maybe you like a cotton Mayan chair from Mexico or a nylon Green Eggs 7 Hammocks Con2our chair in nine color choices. This would dry quickly if you have rain on the big game day.

Or possibly, you are a Penn State fan and you just found a chair with the Penn State logo! Now, this is going to draw some attention, for sure! This is so comfortable! Can’t we just watch from the parking lot?

The football season is now upon us. This is the time of year to start to thinking about tailgating at your favorite team’s game. You are thinking of all the fun times you’ve had in the past.

This year you might invest in a Green Eggs & Hammocks trailer hitch stand and be the envy of all your friends. This clever stand hooks into your trailer hitch. Then you put your two favorite hammock chairs on it. Now you are ready to have a great time!
